Cari lettori， che ne pensate di iniziare a festeggiare il Natale con un bel giallo？A fornirci la storia ci ha pensato la casa editrice Newton Compton Editori， con quello che è stato dichiarato il fenomeno editoriale inglese dell’anno。 Si tratta di A cena con l’assassino di Alexandra Benedict。Letto in due giorni， solo di sera， andavo a dormire riflettendo sugli enigmi e la loro risoluzione。Anche solo per questo motivo mi sento di dire che mi ha preso tantissimo， era diventato una sorta di chiodo Cari lettori， che ne pensate di iniziare a festeggiare il Natale con un bel giallo？A fornirci la storia ci ha pensato la casa editrice Newton Compton Editori， con quello che è stato dichiarato il fenomeno editoriale inglese dell’anno。 Si tratta di A cena con l’assassino di Alexandra Benedict。Letto in due giorni， solo di sera， andavo a dormire riflettendo sugli enigmi e la loro risoluzione。Anche solo per questo motivo mi sento di dire che mi ha preso tantissimo， era diventato una sorta di chiodo fisso， dovevo assolutamente sapere cosa si nascondesse sotto a tutto， che verità si celasse dietro una famiglia。A ogni capitolo si aggiunge un pezzetto di indizio。Dove si svolge la vicenda？ In un’antica magione appartenente da sempre alla famiglia della protagonista， Endgame House。Questo gioco è una tradizione per quella famiglia， svolto a ogni Natale。Chi innesca questo gioco？ Una lettera。 Delle parole scritte dalla zia che ha perso。 Lily Armitage， la protagonista， vorrebbe chiudere per sempre con quella parte della sua vita， vorrebbe rimanere lontana da quella famiglia， ma nonostante la sua ritrosia non può non soddisfare l’ultimo volere di quella zia che l’ha amata profondamente。 E poi lei vuole sapere， deve sapere la verità sulla morte della madre， per zittire quel dolore e dare conforto al cuore sofferente。E allora prepara le valige per dirigersi verso le colline imbiancate dalla neve natalizia dello Yorkshire Dales e una volta arrivata trova ad accoglierla Isabelle， che conosce da sempre essendo la figlia dell’avvocato degli Armitage e amica di sua zia。Per Lily il gioco dovrebbe portare a conoscere la verità sulla morte di sua madre， mentre per tutti i partecipanti la ricompensa per chi vincerà è l’atto di proprietà della magione。Alla fine di questi dodici giorni quanto la porteranno vicina a quella verità celata？Le regole del gioco: nessuno può lasciare l’abitazione prima della fine del gioco; gli indizi vanno risolti da soli， senza aiuti; un indizio al giorno， pena la squalifica; ogni indizio porta a una chiave; al dodicesimo giorno i giocatori avranno i dodici indizi e ci saranno dodici chiavi， ma solo una porterà all’apertura della stanza segreta in casa all’interno della quale si trova l’atto di proprietà dell’abitazione。Dimenticavo per risolvere ogni enigma bisogna anagrammare una parte del testo e vi posso garantire che è tutto tranne che facile。Siete pronti a iniziare il gioco？ Eccovi il primo indizio:“Il primo giorno di Nataleil mio amore mi donòuna pernice in un pero。”In questa storia troverete le bugie， le vendette， ogni modo cattivo in cui l’essere umano dà sfogo alla propria bramosia。 Troverete un modo diverso di leggere un libro che non si basa solo sul ragionare su chi è l’assassino， questo vi spinge a ragionare per cercare quelle dodici risposte。Insomma cosa ci fate ancora qui？ Correte a prendere il libro e iniziate， forza forza。。。Ringrazio la casa editrice per avermi portata tra enigmi， labirinti e la neve delle colline inglesi， fornendomi una copia digitale del libro。Evento organizzato dal blog Tre gatte tra i libri。 。。。more
